Third Generation Transition

Operational Leadership Transition

Board of Directors

Over the years many of the fourth generation have been involved in planning Capon’s future by serving on committees, councils and even the board.  They represent a wide variety of family branches and life experiences.  In 2018, a group of them brought forth a leadership plan for Capon’s continued success.   By both including Capon guest members who have been serving on the board and developing task forces that utilize both family and non-family members, they have created a process to plan for Capon’s long term sustainability.
