Planning for your Capon getaway is simple!  Our all-inclusive per-person rates cover lodging, three all-you-can-eat meals per day (and snacks too!), and a wide variety of programs and activities for guests of all ages. In, 2023, prices for adults ranged from $114/night to $207/night. There is no charge for children under the age of 5, and prices for older children range from $46/night to $101/night.

World League FlingGolf Potomac Highlands Regional April 28-30

Join us for our pre-opening weekend where Capon has secured the first ever World League FlingGolf (WLF) Potomac Highlands regional getaway, April 28-30.  The top male and female players in the world will not only compete, but lead family friendly gatherings such as clinics, panel discussions and at least two tourneys. Anyone can enter to play along with these sports stars or just come for the weekend to watch the fun.  Remember: You only need one stick, which can be borrowed from Capon’s limited supply (kid’s sizes, too) when you are here, purchase ahead of time from FlingGolf.com or even buy last minute onsite that weekend.   • Registration is $640 per player for the whole weekend
  • Registration includes: lodging (Fri & Sat nights), all meals Friday dinner through Sunday Lunch, unlimited FlingGolf,  entry into all tournament related events and all taxes and tips.

BONUS EXPERIENCES: On Friday afternoon, enjoy refreshing tasting and presentation of the 2023 batch of Capon Springs water beers and seltzers by Lost Barrel Brewery.  Saturday evening, a local bluegrass band will highlight a banquet at Sunset lodge when awards and prizes will be handed out.

NOTE: You can still come for a “regular” Capon getaway this weekend and enjoy all the Capon facilities without doing any of the FlingGolf events.  On Saturday and Sunday morning, the golf course is reserved just for FlingGolf events.

$45 Golf/Lunch DAY PASS Sunday, April 30 9:30am-4:00pm

Can’t come for the whole weekend?  Sunday offers a chance to participate in a fundamentals clinic starting at 9:30am prior to the best ball foursome scramble which begins around 10:00am.  You can come and just watch, play and then stay for 12:30pm lunch. After the meal, the resort will be open for walking around the grounds and enjoy the facilities.  Spa and/or escape room experiences can be reserved with advance planning.
