Planning for your Capon getaway is simple!  Our all-inclusive per-person rates cover lodging, three all-you-can-eat meals per day (and snacks too!), and a wide variety of programs and activities for guests of all ages. In, 2023, prices for adults ranged from $114/night to $207/night. There is no charge for children under the age of 5, and prices for older children range from $46/night to $101/night.

Welcome to Capon Springs’s website: our virtual home!  Below is an introduction into the Capon experience followed by basic reservation info and form.  If you are ready for some personal reservation service right now, call us at 304-874-3695 to have a conversation with Tom or Courtney.

Capon Springs is a true old fashioned seasonal getaway – less than 2 hours from DC.  Established originally as a 19th century resort, it is now third generation family-owned and operated, treating guests like personal friends visiting in their own home providing a variety of lodging options within the 115 room capacity.

While you are here, explore 4,700 acres of breathtaking scenery, feast on our farm fresh eggs and delicious baked goods prepared daily; or rejuvenate with our healing spring water throughout the resort.  Especially in the summer, families, couples and individuals return the same week year after year, to reconnect, feast on country comfort food and participate in camp-like activities.

Our all inclusive per person pricing covers lodging, 3 meals daily, and all resort offerings.  Golf and Spa services are available at an additional cost. Rates vary based on time of year, day of the week and number in room.  Kids have their own pricing categories.  Weeknights start at $110 per person per night in rooms with private bath. Weekends generally require a 2-night minimum.  For more details, check out our 2018 Rate Card.  Check out our 2018 Specials & Packages to unlock the magic of Capon with one of our packages or unique experiences.

Capon Springs has 14 wonderful, unique cottages with a variety of sleeping rooms within each one that guests can reserve for their visit.  Each of our historic buildings have their own special attributes that make them perfect for a family, couple or an individual.  Since the grounds are laid out like a small community, everything is within walking distance.  Our reservations team will work with you to determine the perfect accommodations for your Capon stay.  Once that is settled, we can focus on creating magical Capon moments for everyone!
