Our Stay and Play Safety Plan

To ensure the safety and well-being of our coworkers and guests, we will continue to operate with our COVID safety protocols in place for the 2021 season.  Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible about what you can expect so you can appropriately plan your stay with us. You can read all about what we are doing to keep our guests and co-workers safe here.  We will once again be updating this information as we assess current best safety and health recommendations and practices.

We opted to not eat in the dining room, and had our meals prepared for take-out. Very polite service. The process seemed very organized, and efficient. We ate our meals on the porch, on our balcony and in our room. The safeguards that you have in place are appropriate, and seemed to be respected by all guests. “The carry out plan in the dining area was the deciding factor on whether I would be able to come to Capon.  I have a compromised immune system and have to be quite cautious.  The carry out went really smoothly and I didn’t feel that the quality of the food was suffering because I chose the carry out option.  Everywhere I looked I saw guests and employees wearing masks and following distancing protocol.  I felt so lucky that I could enjoy time away and feel so safe.“
