Planning for your Capon getaway is simple!  Our all-inclusive per-person rates cover lodging, three all-you-can-eat meals per day (and snacks too!), and a wide variety of programs and activities for guests of all ages.  Our all-inclusive rates are PER PERSON PER NIGHT, with low, mid and high seasonal pricing.  Extra adults and kids ages 5 and up have their own costs.

Golf

Golf at Capon Springs

The main golf course at Capon Springs and Farms is a 9-hole regulation course with tees suited for golfers of all abilities. The well-groomed layout is a par 34 which measures 2,888 yards from the back tees and features tree-lined fairways with no water hazards on the course.

We also have a 9-hole par-3 course, “The Prep Course” where you can bone up on your short game, introduce your kids to the sport, or enjoy a fun game of golf even if you are not experienced. The holes on The Prep Course measure 30 to 85 yards in length with small, relatively flat greens.

Golf carts can be rented for daily or weekly use.  Stop by the Front Desk to sign one out and complete a liability waiver.  We have loaner clubs, pull carts, bags, and balls available free of charge in the Locker House.

Not staying at Capon?  The course is open to non-guests most days of the week.  Contact us for availability.

Guest Rates:

  • Unlimited Walking: $25 per person per day
  • 9 Holes with Cart: $35 per person per day
  • 18 Holes with Cart: $45 per person per day
  • Prep Course/Par 3 (no carts): $7 per person per day
  • Weekly Walking: $130 per person
  • Weekly with Cart: $235 per person

Non-Guest Daily Rates:

  • Unlimited Walking: $30 per person per day
  • 9 Holes with Cart: $40 per person per day
  • 18 Holes with Cart: $50 per person per day
  • Prep Course/Par 3 (no carts): $10 per person per day

In 2016, Fling Golf was introduced to Capon Springs. Fling Golf is a hybrid sport combining lacrosse and golf and is a family friendly activity that involves “flinging” a regular golf ball with a fling stick (available for use at no cost). Fling Golf may be played on either course, anytime, right alongside regular golfers. In 2023, Capon’s course hosted the first ever World League FlingGolf event with the Potomac Highland Regional.  A bigger team event is scheduled for June 14-16, 2024, and will be documented by an award-winning filmmaker.
