2025 Per Person Rates

*This rate applies after the 2 adult minimum required per room. There is a maximum of 5 adults per room.
**During Mid Season and High Season weekends, children’s rates apply only when children are in a room with two adults. The first two children ages 5-12 in a room by themselves will be charged as 2 adults.

• The rates above are based on two adults per room. There is a maximum of 5 adults per room.
• During Mid Season and High Season weekends, children’s rates apply only when children are in a room with two adults. The first two children ages 5-12 in a room by themselves will be charged as 2 adults.
• 7% discount applied to Board and Lodging for stays of 7 consecutive days or more.
• Weekends generally require a 2-night minimum, while Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Day holidays require a 3-night minimum. The standard length of stay in the summer is a week, but part weeks (3-4 nights) can sometimes be arranged.
• During the entire High Season and weekends during the Mid Season, standard double room rates are based on a minimum of 2 adults per room. Single room rates are available for some smaller rooms.
• Sunday, May 25, Sunday, August 31 and Sunday, October 12 will be charged at weekend rates due to holiday weekends.
• Rates are subject to a 6% state sales tax, 5% Historic Preservation Fee, and $3 per room per night lodging tax.
• Recommended gratuities of $8.00 per person per night, including children, covers both waitstaff and housekeeping.
